We were able to put in a request for repair service easily. My dishwasher had issues at 6pm and I requested service for the next morning. I received several updates and automated phone calls telling me when and who was coming to my house. Upon arrival, everything went smoothly and the issue was resolved. This was a very quick and easy process and not as expensive as I thought it would be. I'm very happy I picked this service.n

It was very hard to get an appointment, I could only get AI recoding never a human being. Chris did a good job when they let him come I had to wait over a month to get my washer fixed. To me that is totally unacceptable. I'm very frustrated with Sears Home Services.
