We had a LG 33 cubic foot Refrigerator with water leaking under lower tray and not cooling or barely freezing during summer of 2025. Aron came and did a diagnostic, ordered parts and then came to install. We are in Northern California so it took a while for our appointment but when here he replaced parts in under 30 minutes. Also and important, Aaron answered unrelated questions about water system because we are on a well( a water softener system would help us;). As a matter of general principle Aaron is Ethical ! We asked if he could do a "side job" and answer questions about a mini split we had installed… He correctly directed us to contact a company or HVAC company or contractor because he had a Standing Sears agreement and wouldn't jeopardize it by "touching" anything else đŸ˜†. He passed the test… Anyway for this 5 review know that Aaron knows his trade, helpful and very professional. Thank you Aaron.

You can tell when someone has been doing this job a while and it shows. Lawrence was knowledgeable, friendly and quick. I'd look forward to working with him in the future if the need arises ( hopefully not for a long long time)
