Craig did a wonderful job today! Sure, I got the bad news that my old fridge had finally given up the ghost, but I got it from a friendly face. Craig explained everything very clearly and softened the blow of being without a fridge for a bit. He has a good attitude and is very personable. I'll wave when I see his van from now on.
