Michael was very knowledgeable and helped us fix a problem that we had for over a month so we were very grateful for his great customer service. He was friendly on time. He was outstanding. Our LG washer repair was competently completed. We started the process on July 18, the inspection was made on July 30, and the repairs completed August 15. This I assume is a typical time frame for this service.
