David did a great job. Very respectful to the house very knowledgeable, and when the parts came in, he had us up and running in less than three hours. That's pretty good considering I needed a full compressor replacement.

The Sears Home Services App is not user friendly, no option too talk to a human which would have provided additional information for the technician to make the repair on the first appointment. The Chat Bot is limited to specific information from the customer to the Technician prior to his arrival. For example, my property is gated and the technician must call or text me his eta so I can open the gate. This is not included in the Bots list of canned reasons to communicate with the technicians. This is one of several issues that I believe is not customer oriented. If I am wrong, my first complaint applies, App is not user friendly.
