Excellent service to fix washer
The service was excellent and he was very professional. He explained what he diagnosed and how to fix. The part was not on his truck so he left to get it and came back. I suggest the trucks carry more parts so the technician can fix the trouble on the first visit.

Sears AI is not a good experience!! They kept canceling my appointments and it took 5 and a half weeks for someone to show up. A customer needs to talk to a live person to find out the reason for 5 cancellations. AI was the problem for me. Your repairman are very knowledgeable and professional !!
