Our technician was very kind, courteous and efficient. On the first day he explained what the issue and ordered the part. Today he showed up and with grwat care made the necessary repair. This was the easiest encounter I have ever had with repairs of any kind. I am pretty impressed with this whole repair from start to finish. My LG Fridge is working again and I could not be happier! This was the worst experience ever. I missed so much work waiting for sears to come out and fix my ice maker. They would cancel at the last minute then ask me to reschedule so I would only to be rescheduled again and again and again. Sears should compensate me and everyone else who has had to deal with this crap. What a waste of my time and loss of money. Beware consumers this repair place is a joke! Zero stars for Sears

Dallas diagnosed the problem quickly for us. He also found that our hot and cold water lines were labeled wrong when our house was built and lines were installed over 20 years ago! Very happy with the service!

Jason arrived yesterday to install replacement parts in our LG clothes washer and Kitchen range. Both are once again in working order making our dinners more easily accomplished and ending my period of washing clothes by hand. Jason is personable and knowledgeable and appreciate his work.
