Al was courteous, affable, grounded, and knowledgeable. My particular issue was an odd one where the fridge had suddenly stopped working for multiple days and then suddenly started working again so there was not much to diagnose when Al arrived. Despite this, Al still happily and patiently talked through multiple theories with me about what could've or couldn't have been the issue.
