The technician was great. However Sears cost for replacing a simple gasket is outrageous. Why is the cost for the part more when Sears is supplying the labor. I feel cheated since I knew exactly what was wrong with my washer but Sears don't allow you to speak to anyone prior to a technician coming out. Had I known that the repairs would cost more than the cost of the washer, I would have purchased a new one. I can get a brand new washer for $200 more than the cost to repair a 12 year old washer. I will never ever consider Sears for repairs.

Fast, Efficient, and friendly! My appointment was rescheduled probably 10 times and the 1st service men that cane out just made demeaning remarks about Trump the whole time. Tim on the other hand, was professional! Thanks Tim!
