The Sears Home services representative, Paul, did an excellent job in determining the leaking issue with my LG refrigerator. He ordered the reauired part to be sent to me and quickly repaired the refrigerator after the part was received. I really appreciated Paul's knowledge and work efforts.

Donald H. and his team were absolutely incredible. I went online late Thursday night to request service, and they were out the very next morning to diagnose the issue. They quickly determined the problem, ordered the parts, and had my washing machine completely repaired by Wednesday—less than a week! My washer is running better than ever now.
