We could not have asked for a better service technician. He was very knowledgeable and showed super workmanship with our refrigerator. We feel he went above and beyond to get our refrigerator, freezer working again. we cannot say enough good things about Vincent. BUT we would like to have him as our Service Technician in the future, This guy, knows his job and very well. Once again, THANK YOU VINCENT YOU ARE THE BEST.

Byron was excellent. He diagnosed our problem, ordered necessary parts and fixed our machine. I was not happy with Sears cancelling my appointment twice. Byron was able to get me rescheduled sooner but I still had to wait 2 weeks. The appointments were made by email & I never could talk to a person.
