Brent is great. Very knowledgeable and quick. Had our dryer problem diagnosed in minutes. This time it was a simple fix. Earlier in the year it was not so simple, but he still diagnosed the problem and was able to get the part quickly and get us up and running as soon as the part came in. We've been very happy with our extended warranty and the services provided. So glad we kept it.
