Excellent Service
Mike did an excellent job analyzing my dryer and finding the issue. He fixed the dryer's heating output immediately. I would recommend Mike highly and will call him next time our appliances are not working properly.

The service tech, Ben was professional, friendly, and shared his knowledge. The appointment process however was difficult. After receiving multiple texts daily for several days, including the day of, confirming my appointment, it was cancelled. The only available option offered was for the very next day with another nine hour window. Two days given up for a service call under warranty. I won't know for some time if the service even solved the problem. Time will tell.

I am so impressed by the level of service received from Oscar and Dallas regarding my dryer situation. Parts were ordered delivered and replaced. Oscar suggested a washer and dryer cleaning and he did it while he was here. All of the gentleman that have worked on my service call have gone above and beyond. Excellent customer service, excellent explanation of the issues with the dryer and suggesting vent cleaning and very helpful information regarding keeping my washer and dryer in good working order

Eric helped me understand how to use different settings on my dryer to keep from over drying laundry to avoid excess lint buildup. He also talked to me about how to properly clean out the lint trap and dryer vent.

This was a repeat service experience Anthony worked at my daughter's house fixing her refrigerator so we knew we would have exceptional service. Sure enough he fixed my LG refrigerator. Though I don't want another appliance repair at least I know who to call.
