After several attempts to fix my ice maker (waiting over 4 months) Matt seems to be only one to have diagnosed issue correctly. Very nice, polite and informative. New parts installed now we will see if we have craft ice tomorrow. This LG refrigerator has a fault with craft ice makers breaking down once or twice a year—not happy with that. Matt was terrific.
