Roy was an excellent technician. It took 3 days to get the repair done. 2 missed appointments. I wasted one whole day waiting for a technician that never came. At the end of that day, I was told that it was put off for a day. He was two hours late from the time the online notification said he would be here. BUT I must say, once he got here it was a very pleasant experience. I was impressed with Roy.

Keith definitely went above and beyond for me. Very quick and very informative while resolving my issue. Would highly recommend to anyone. I was planning on dropping CHW after the service I received prior to Sears getting involved. Mitch and Keith restored my faith in CHW and as long as you folks are involved AND I can request you...I will stay with them. When you folks are gone - SO AM I.
