the tech that came today was the original one but was never able to come back and because I could not get him directly we have been without a fridge for over a month! He did an awesome job today and was quick and efficient.

Technician seemed very well informed about what the problem was changed the wiring harness circuit board and control knobs check the calibration of both of the ovens. Everything seems to work well. Excellent job.

Allison R. came to our home and she was pleasant and professional. She diagnosed the issues, shared and had our Washing Machine up and running in no time. She is the greatest. We had just moved here to Alabama and the washing machine was supposed to have been in great shape, but that was not the case. We would love to have Allison back to work on any of our appliances.
