John --the repairman was very good, efficient, located the problem right away . Choice Home warranty is VERY difficult to deal with because it took us 4 months to get refrigerator fixed. 7/31---- First repairman, Ricky came within a couple of weeks and said he needed to order parts from LG but that I needed to order the the parts so I had repairman RICKY on the phone so we could get the correct parts...... and the LG rep said they were ordered. After a month, I called repairman and he said her had not gotten the parts. I called LG --and it was their mess up---the first LG rep didn't place the order. Lg set up a new order for the parts and sent an email notice to repairman, Ricky. After 2 weeks I called and texted Ricky, he said he didn't get an email so I said I would call an see what happened . I called repairman left messages and texts to respond to LG. This is Sept.---OCt. Ricky me texted he did contact LG. I called LG and they Ricky had not responded to their email. Frustrated my husband contacted Choice--and a new order for repairman. THANK YOU---and repairman came in 2 weeks. HE did a good job but the whole process is difficult for repairman because they have to call Choice with a diagnosis and wait for approval to make repair. That time costs the repairman time and $ if they don't happen to have the part , they have to leave the job and return with costing the repairman TIME, Mileage, a return trip is really frustrating for the repairmen. Hopefully Choice can make improvements so the repairmen don't get so frustrated. We have heard this on other repair situations. Thank you for your help in improvements to make repairs easier. ----
