What a wonderful young man. You folks are very lucky to have someone like him. He was very knowledgeable and he answered all my questions knew exactly what he needed to do and treated. Maybe a great deal of respect. I'm older and that's important. Very very, very happy with him. Thank you for having such a well qualified young man. 🤩🤩🤩

Unfortunately, no repair could be made. The cost would be significant so time for a new machine. Tung was very thorough in determining what the issue was and making a recommendation.

Mammerd was great! Diagnosticed the problem and told us exactly what was wrong. He also gave us good information if we decide to replace the appliance. He seemed very honest and knowledgeable . Would definitely like to have again next time we need help
