John was on time for the appointment, highly professional, and worked incredibly quickly to diagnose and resolve the issue. What makes John truly exceptional is how easy he is to do business with; he set the appropriate expectations from the moment he arrived, clearly explaining the process and the timeline. There were no surprises, just efficient service.It was also a pleasure seeing a familiar face, as John was the same excellent technician who repaired our fridge last year. Dameon did an excellent job today, he was patient and painstaking! However, regarding the company, I was not happy that Sears kept me waiting four hours yesterday and only notified me at the last minute that they would not be coming so I had to wait all over again today.

Sears is very fortunate to have a professional ,experienced technician like Fidel. He diagnosed our refrigerator's problem and had a clear plan to fix it. Unfortunately, the necessary part is currently not available in the US (or at least in the Sears supply chain). But that's not Fidel's fault; what he brought to our issue was knowledge, experience, professionalism, and courtesy. Very rare these days!
