Dino provided a very comprehensive service check explaining the issue to me and how he was going to be correcting. He tested each old door sensor as well as the new ones making those were working properly. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Lee was great but Sears Is not. I would recommend Lee but definitely NOT Sears Home Service. You need to work on getting your computer systems working properly. I got rescheduled numerous times with the reason being that a part was still on order, when I had both parts here.

Tech. Was knowledgeable, courteous and competent! Customer service was lacking and frustrating. Experienced scheduling issues where technician did not show until after three confirmed appointments. Couldn't get a person to discuss concerns with and AI responses continued to repeat same responses without addressing the issue.
