Informative Evaluation!
Kevin gave us a great understanding of how our dishwasher was supposed to be operating. He pointed out additional issues that was affecting its performance. We hopefully have a solution and I am glad that Kevin took the time to give us all the information and recommendations to move forward! I was really happy with the service visit.

The technician that came to repair our fridge was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional He was very neat in keeping everything clean as he was doing the job.
