Dino arrived on time, expertly diagnosed the problem and provided options for the repair. Not his fault that the cost to repair was more than half the cost of a new refrigerator which prompted our decision to replace it with a new one.

Brandon was great. He diagnosed the issue with our dryer quickly. Unfortunately, a part needed to be ordered so the job wasn't completed for another week - Not Brandon's fault but I wish there was a larger part supply already in the van for potential problems. Waiting another week was a huge inconvenience. Really appreciated that Brandon loves dogs.

Technician diagnosed the problem. Contacted the AHS and we were told that since the fridge is under warranty we need to contact LG, otherwise we have to pay for the repair.
