Dishwasher
Well I actually had 2 technicians because Daniel the first guy discovered the problem Monday Dec 1 and a part had to be ordered. Once the part was delivered Gary was the tech that installed it today, Dec 4. Both gentlemen were superb, efficient, friendly and very polite. My dishwasher is now working like a charm. Thank you both Daniel and Gary. Job well done.

I have to say Dan is so polite and ontime. Fixed my washer in record speed! So are all your Techs. I do want to point out that SEARS technical service software is servey limited- my washer part was late(and in stock so it seems) then the software scheduled techs and no one showed up 8-5 pm 3 different days. These Techs work 10 hr days and cannot get to everyone. I was without my warranty work for 10 days. This is absolutely unacceptable service-bad service- it's just not working. Please do respond- otherwise Dan is fabulous!
