Our tech came to look at the washer and needed to order a pump and was scheduled to come a week later. I got a message from Sears that our appointment had been moved to another week and a half out. We reached out to our tech and stated that we're couldn't wait that long and he came one day later. He fixed our washer and we couldn't be happier with the service. The repairman was excellent. However your scheduling department is HORRIBLE! My repair appointment was rescheduled 3 times before the actual repair took place. I would give that department zero stars if allowed.
