For the several times that Mr. Omar has been here, He is always professional, inflormative and experienced. I feel confident that the repair will be taken care of. He tries hard to get the maintanence team to understand the repair issue and parts needed for the appliance, therefore best serving the customer as well as Sears reputation. What more can I say, He is the best! We need more like him!

Dwight did a wonderful job repairing our refrigerator. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and then returned and repaired it. He was very efficient and did an excellent job. Also, he was very personable. I highly recommend Dwight.
