Problem with Lg range
Gabriel arrived in a timely mannner, was polite and very pleasant. Not able to fix the problem, but not due to anything he did it's apparently a design flaw.

Technician came out well within the 9 hrs. Window and I was able to track the approximate arrival time. He made the repair quickly, was professional and courteous to my wife (who was at home). He made sure the repair was complete and the washer worked correctly. Good experience.
