Grateful to have my oven working again! Michael was very thorough with his work. He did not rush through it just to get it done. He checked all the features and took the time to answer my questions. Also, I was very happy that we had purchased the 5 year extended protection plan when we purchased the oven. Today's service with parts and labor far exceeded the cost of the plan! Very happy all around. :)

Tim was outstanding! He was friendly and determined to help us get our dishwasher repaired. As for Sears home service and LG support, we are terribly disappointed. No help at all. If not for Tim, we would have not been helped at all. Kudos to Tim!!!
