Scott is by far the most courteous and professional technician we've experienced in the past few months we've had Sears technicians working in our home. His intelligence led him straight to the problem that enabled the precise corrective action within one week. We've had this problem since we purchased the unit months ago. I dare say that if Scott had been sent to our home initially, your company would have saved money on all the parts you replaced that were not broken. Due to the misdiagnosis of all other technicians, we had to go without a fully functional unit until now. Many thanks to Scott!
