Technician did has job as expected. The price Sears charges for labor is highway robbery. Tech was here for one and labor fee was over $400 dollars. Unbelievable! Will not be using Sears for any more repairs.

David was very patient when first trying to diagnosis problem, finally sorted it out and ordered replacement part. When he came back to install the part, took just a little time and now my over works like it should. David did a very good job and was very clean and left no mess.
