Manuel kept me clearly advised of any changes in arrival time, replaced the water valve with the new part. Bled the water lines where air was trapped, and was very detailed. Informed me it was time to change the filter and answered questions very well. He is a great representative for your company and I hope you thank him for me. Much better experience than most other service calls with other companies we have used.
