Called 20 minutes before he came; was in the time specified; found a quick solution to my washing machine problem. Because of my poor eyesight, he helped me pay the bill via my cell phone - his patience was much appreciated. He was pleasant and courteous. I'd recommend him and Sears again for appliance repairs.

He was very nice, knowledgeable, pleasant, said yes sir to my husband and shook his hand, told us what to expect and how long it would take to recycle and make ice. Took less that 30 minutes to complete the job.

Mike was great. He was out to our home twice. First to diagnose the issue and second to make the repair after the part came in. He kept in touch with us prior to the appointments on his arrival time and was professional and efficient both times. Would definitely recommend him!
