Michael did an excellent job installing the new part in the LG dryer. However, your parts tracking and scheduling software left me with a totally unsatisfactory experience. After the part was replaced on order the tracking software totally failed. The part was delivered 5 days after the technician ordered but your website continued to show it "ordered ". As a result my repair scheduled for 1/16, 1/17, 1/19 and 1/21 kept getting changed by your software. I explained the problem to your AI helper and nothing was changed. I needed to be able speak to a real person to get the problem resolved. It is near impossible to find a real customer service person to assist. Your parts tracking and technician scheduling system need major maintenance.

Your prices are ridiculous. Two hundred dollars for a part that I found online for less than twenty dollars. Three hundred dollars for labor that will take maybe fifteen minutes. That is price gouging. Then you charged tax on the service call which is not a taxable thing. Shame on you for trying to take advantage of people in these trying times. For thirty dollars, I can do the whole thing myself.
