Easy fast and quiet. Good communication with all, schedulers and technicians. Thank you Sears. I have been sole caregiver for my husband. The amount of laundry I had was incredibly large employing sanitizing cycle every day. My washer was over 10yrs old and I prayed every night that it wouldn't break. It broke on Friday morning. My husband passed Friday morning as well. Repairs were quick and easy and I'm so grateful. Wish I hadn't worried so much.

Our technician was amazing. Even though he couldn't do much to help because of frozen water pipes, he was very empathetic and thorough in his job. He explained everything clearly and made sure I knew that if it doesn't resolve in 30 days after the pipes unfreeze that they can come back.
