Daniel did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem. Unfortunately, the repair estimate, plus the recommended monthly service agreement cost, was too high. As our LG oven was a 2017 model, it made more sense to purchase a new oven/range from another vendor where we already have a technical support agreement.

We've had issues with our dishwasher since we purchased it although Randy was not able to figure out the exact issue he did give us some insight of what may be causing our dishwasher to mis function.
