Michael showed up, right on time, was very knowledgeable about our oven, and had us up and ready to bake in no time! Upon inspection, he found the connector to the gas safety valve had jarred loose during transport, and the oven igniter had improper continuity. After a new igniter, and a good final inspection, the oven burner lit right up and worked as advertised. Michael was tidy, had all the tools and parts on hand, and was very cordial. We had a Great experience, and really appreciate his time to take care of us. Thanks Michael, we'd definitely request you in the future!
