Courteous technician
I am very pleased with the technician who came to my home to fix my washer. He listened to the issues I was having and asked questions to be sure he understood what I was experiencing. I really appreciate that he was thorough and didn't rush through the service he provided. This guy is an example of excellence.

I realize replacing the compressor et al for a LG refrigerator is far from being a simple repair job. And 4 hours later it appears the unit is running; however we were told to wait at least 24 hours before "restocking " the fridge as the freeon (coolant) has to recirculate. I guess since we have been without a refrigerator since May31( of course it conked out on a week end) and Sergio came The afternoon of June 11; we could do without for another day . Anyway what good we had tried to salvage between 2nini refrigerators and 3 ice chest spoiled by the end of the first week. But, hey, we have the refrigerator up and operating!we really do appreciate your service!
