Steve is a professional, skilled, helpful and detailed technician. We were very satisfied with his overall service including letting us know his ETA 45 minutes prior to arrival and ability to repair our stove after the replacement part was received. Sears is fortunate to have such a great technician on the team. In my opinion Steve made the overall experience with Sears repair service better. Unfortunately for us after we received the replacement part we had a service call scheduled that was later in the day canceled by Sears. Then another service call was scheduled and later in the day that was also canceled by Sears. We arranged to be here both days only to find out very late in the 8-5 window timeframe that our service had to be rescheduled. By the 3rd service call we had a technician and the stove was repaired. It would have been nice to know this in advance. I hope this feedback is helpful.

Shawn gets the 5 Stars. I'll start by saying the tech was great, he was knowledge able about my dishwasher, and helped resolve our issue. I would call him again, rather than Sears. The service and process was not. This was a fully frustrating process. To start it took forever to find an actual person to speak with to even get the process started on having a tech come to check on my machine. Then the AI thought a tech out of Dallas would be able to reach me on a Friday. Yeah, no. Let's chat about those appointment times, 8 am - 5pm. and that is on a wing and a prayer that they even have a tech who can complete service. We had an appointment that came and went on a Friday, that had to be rescheduled. Then our next appointment as canceled because the AI doesn't know how to accurately schedule an appointment in rural East Texas. Then the AI states that the tech will send a text message 30 minutes before arrival. Well apparently AI can't tell time and he arrive about 5 minutes after I received my text message. Overall, this was entirely too frustrating, and next time I'll think of better questions to ask google before I schedule an appointment. 1 Star for Sears and their AI bot. Since it asked for Shawn's rate, that is the only reason this is 5 stars, since he did a 5 star job.
