He was not very personable until the very end. If I let someone into my home I expect them to at least tell me what is going on. He did at the very end.

Does not communicate. Gives conflicting information only after asking specific questions. Absolutely 0 confidence in this technician's knowledge or ability to properly diagnose or repair. Omar is a reflection of the Sears home warranty, I am extremely disappointed and discourage anyone considering this coverage and service.

He was absolutely terrible! Did not look at the whole system. Simply looked outside and said that all we need to do is hose it down and then left. This is clearly someone who wanted to do the minimum. He did not investigate the issues at all. This is unacceptable. If I could give zero stars I would
