Very poor
No show … excuses after excuses of why delayed in the worked . Called several times just given another excuse. So disappointed. Going almost 2 weeks . We have young children in the home

Not fixed
The furnace kicked on 1 time and isn't coming back on. He should have stayed through a whole cycle. I need someone to give me heat 🥺 please

Furnace repair
Sears have sent six service techs to my residence. Including the tech today. All techs are A/C specialists. None can fix my furnace. I was promised that today tech was a furnace specialist. An furnace specialist is needed, not a A/C tech. This has been happening since June of this year. Please communicate i need a furnace specialist. This substandard professionalism is unacceptable. Technician never showed
Technician never showed up to this job. Waited all day for him to show up and he never did. I do need Sears to call me back and get this rescheduled with a technician that will actually show up.

Worst technician
Lazy, rude and did not provide any details of the issue. Did not solve the problem. Just wanted to signatures that his visit has been completed. Sears should be ashamed of sending such kind of technicians.

If I could rate 0 I would
The experience with Sears has been less than desirable. Especially the service from Randy S. He took his time with everything. Didn't show up with the necessary tools and then did a very bad installation and asked us what we wanted him to do about it. The unit was leaking bad and he said it was cause we had it on. Well how else would we have even known it was leaking. Had another company and a supervisor come out from Sears and they discovered that there was an improper valve installed, the drain hole was not plugged which is why it was leaking heavy. The actual drain line was not connected. The copper was not covered. I could go on. Long story short, we are now in month 3 and my unit is still not working right. And they keep trying to send Randy out! Disappointed with Sears and the warranty company at this point. Beware!

Very upset with sears
I am very upset with sears. This hvac service is going on for too long. Last technician Joe was a gentleman and an expert . He ordered parts and was going to install them. Now he is no longer with you I understood. Please install the parts he ordered immediately. It's cold

Unsatisfied customer
Not patient at all - seems inpatient at answering questions - " made a statement that "has spent too much time on the phone". I am the customer I have questions which is why I requested the technician to arrive between 4 and 5 pm when I knew I would be home. Now he comes when my elderly mother is home alone and says he does not know if he can come back - this is ridiculous!
