Service Feedback
Joseph explained to me that there was a leak at the condenser coil and that it will be tough to repair due to how the unit was installed. However my warranty company explained to me that Joseph told them their was a leak and that the until was dirty and installed improperly. I do not appreciate the inconsistency of the message Joseph was sending and if a unit was dirty pictures should have been taken and presented to me as the customer. Hopefully this feedback will help you as a company improve the customer experience.

Coleman Ac
So Albert came only examined from outside no free on check or anything I had told him my upstairs ac was not cooling so he had me turn it on amd replaced a small part ?? Compressor While he was outside I told him no cold or minimal cold air was coming . Iwas tild he just replaced it and it would take time It is now 5+ hrs later and the setting is on 68 and my upstairs is still showing 74. I would like another technician to come and check pls And I want complete check on the unit I have also had same issue with my another property for which I need service ASAP and do not want same technician

Horrible service
Technicians left without servicing the unit and did not even allow us the opportunity to provide him the information he required. He closed out our ticket stating we did not provide info and did not even want to talk to the warranty company representative to clarify issue. I will make sure to NEVER use Sears again. This has been the worst experience by far. I would give them no stars if I could.

Lazy Tech Request Another
He started calling in the morning to get all his customers to cancel because it was raining and if you don't it will be weeks until next he told me my appointment was last after 5pm when I didn't cancel he said I'll be their in 30mins. Showed up and said his equipment was to sensitive to work in rain 1 rain drop would break it we all work in different weather get a rain suit then asked for payment just for driving to my home then he tried to lie and said he was unable to get to equipment Trust if you see his name ask for another tech had to waste a days pay on this lazy technician

AC unit
The Tech did not properly inspection both inside and outside units and he was not onsite but a few min. The Unit is still not repaired and Sear's did not have a number to talk to a real person instead AI. We will not use Sears again

Non professional
He directed problem of leak, but left without finding it. He left ice on the system without melting it. He didn't turn in the system. As he said didn't measure temperature and sowed me that it's cooling now. I reminded him, but left without checking that the system is cooling. He was the one one who did preventive maintenance too about 3 weeks back.

Compressor replacement
My appointment was canceled twice without any communication other than myself personally tracking on the Sears website after no-shows on both occasions. The technician showed up today not knowing the extent of the job and did not communicate if the job was completed. My AC is still blowing hot air so I assume the job was a failure. Not happy with the process or the work.

3 Days no response
Service fee paid, keeps saying i will be added to schedule. I have been given different times. The times are not accurate. The account call has been closed out without ever being repaired and money has been taken by the company.
