Terrible service

My home warranty company went out of there way to choose sears to complete their diagnosis of my AC unit issues. When Tariq showed up he was unhelpful in explaining his reasoning behind his findings and explained "I can't go off what the other people said". I asked him if he thought there was a leak and he said, "I don't know maybe, but I can't check until choice tells me I can" and then went to his truck, showed them some pictures of my AC unit and they instantly denied it. Tariq was beyond disappointing to deal with and genuinely just provided bad customer service in general. He also didn't seem very knowledgeable as he kept deflecting my questions and would ignore certain aspects of what the other two hvac technicians said and did when they came out.

He was rude

We contacted the technician twice—once around 2 PM and again after 5 PM—simply to confirm his estimated arrival time. Our concern stemmed from the fact that our previous two appointments were rescheduled, each with a 15-day delay, and we've now been waiting nearly two months for this service. Unfortunately, his response was highly unprofessional. He was rude, yelled at us, and even banged on our door. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from any service provider. We respectfully request that a different technician be assigned to our case moving forward. That said, we also feel this reflects a broader issue with Sears' service operations. Despite charging a monthly fee and a deductible for each visit, the company seems to lack sufficient manpower to support open service tickets in a timely and professional manner."

Very Unprofessional and Unethical person..

Jaime came to us on time. He seemed very sincere during the diagnostics service, didn't do any repair because he had to get an approval. He didn't submit paperwork or information for approval for 3-4 days. When he did submit, it wasn't accurate at all. 16 days later, we are still trying to figure out how to fix our AC.

Came Late and didnt update their system !

Vance came an hour after the scheduled time. He told what needed to be repaired. He didnt put any of his diagnosis in their system. We were waiting for the part for 10 days without any update from Sears. Please stay away from these guys.

Glenn came to my home to diagnose my AC unit through a home warranty. His did not completely diagnose the problem the first appointment. He ordered a part and when he brought it the second appointment found that there was more to the problem which he should have had figured out the first time he inspected the unit. Set up an appointment for another day and didn't call me until after the appointment window to to tell me that the part that he ordered did not come come complete. On numerous occasions he said to me it would be okay if I went with someone else didn't seem like he wanted to make the effort to repair my AC unit and the last time he said it I agreed and said he wasn't doing his job correctly and now I'm being charged for of service he did not complete and I will not pay it

1st visit said fan broke will order part. 2nd visit, showed up didn't knock on door to announce himself. I looked outside and seen him working. Didn't check to ensure system worked after installing fan, did the check after I said something.

Problem not resolved

Technician was friendly and prompt. Replaced thermostat, but that did not resolve the issue. Have to wait another 2 weeks without A/C unit working to have someone come back out. Consistently trips circuit breaker in hot weather, but service seems to only be available when it's cooler and more difficult to diagnose.
