Furnace still shutting off

The Technician showed up, tested a few connections and said everything was fine despite me referring to a prior technician's suggestion of replacing a component. My home is now freezing and have to battle Sears customer service vs. Choice Home Warranty customer service. Wish me luck!

Awful experience

I have never had worse experience. As a customer I have never been given less options to get something fixed. No AC working and would do anything at all to get help today. Nothing.

I was been told that the problem was diagnosed and would order part for me. But then the insurance company told me he could not complete the job and assigned second company to fix my heating system. If you cannot finish the job, at least you should tell me honestly. Make me confused

Overall rating

Contractor didn't perform diagnostic service at all to find the oil leak in furnace. Hazardous situation and nothing was done. If fire in house the responsibility party will be contractor for saying system is operational I don't consider leaking oil operational.

Never showed up and did not reschedule

Just said updated the app that they were here and they never showed up. Instead of just pushing to the next available time I know have to go through the AI system to get to a human before I can reschedule. Furnace does NOT work amd it's winter. This is unacceptable to just ghost the appointment.

Horrible Service or lack of Services provided by Sears

Your service technician Jerome H really needs to work on his customer service skills. If I could have rated him a zero I would have. Your technician refused to provide service due to a broken attic ladder. I offered to provide a standalone ladder to access the attic to which he stated he needed to check with his supervisor to proceed. Jerome never returned to inform me that he would be leaving and not completing the repair. When I contacted him by phone he said and I quote I know you are not happy and I've gotta go and hung up on me. So much for customer service. I'm sure based on my experience this can't be the 1st time he has done this. If you want to keep your business operational you need to address this with Jerome H!

Very poor customer service

Technician left me hanging didn't fix my air conditioning said I wasn't approved through my insurance company, but my insurance company said I was cover after speaking to technician several times. He just told me he was basically not coming back today because he didn't feel like it after telling me he would be right back as soon as he went to another call around the corner.

Could not identify the problem with my AC.

No one that came on both visits could find and fix the AC problem at my house. They couldn't even identify where the problem was at. Nothing was done to correct the cooling issue with my AC System. What a waste of time.
