Nice guy but
Since Austin left Saturday....my AC unit will not shut off. Even if thermostate turned off....unit runs and runs. Now you tell me to wait ANOTHER WEEK!!! ????? HE HAS BEEN HERE TWICE AND THINGS GETTING WORSE!!!!! But again very pleasant youg man. I NEED HELP TODAY GIVEN THE SITUATION

Not sure what he figured out.
The AC unit is doing the same thing today that it did before. Not keeping up with the thermostat or shutting down. Not exactly sure.

Customer Service Experience
This company does not seem to give access to a real live person to voice questions or concerns. All interactions with the are through an AI agent with no off ramp to a live agent. I have concerns about my repair but even after several phone calls/different phone numbers, I have not be able to speak with a live person to resolve anything. Very, very frustrating!!!

All around poor service
All around poor service from Tech to Sears customer service. You can never speak to anyone to help you with questions and concerns. Even Samantha, the AI representative, was also terrible and had a rude tone when trying to address questions. I will never deal with or recommend Sears home services.

AC Repair
Would give 0 stars if i could! Will NEVER use Sears for anything else. Technician came out to diagnosis my AC Units and informed they had to be clean, then proceeded to go to vehicle and make some calls. The next thing i am receiving on my phone is the receipt, no other communication, just him leaving. I had to immediately call another service tech out only to be told that my upstairs unit had a coil leak and was low 6 lbs of Freon and the bottom unit needed to be clean. Worst 100 dollars i ever spent.

He unscrewed the access panel to my air handler and left it on the floor, didn't even place it back onto the unit. Just sad
