Good work
Poor attitude. He fixed the issue while diagnosing, then wanted me to pay ~$400 for the repair without running that by me for approval first. Then got upset with me when I called that out. Luckily his supervisor was reasonable.

The technician arrived and immediately began discussing what the customer had to pay and how much it would be if I had written a bad check etc; I do fully understand that the services rendered must be paid for... However, at least start on the job first. It is NOT my intention to be difficult, but please 🙏 know that when people need something taken care of they are not really excited about making a claim and so forth. I hope that [IF] I have to deal with this company that the experience is much better. Thank you Robert LeBeauf

The link provided allowed me to see when the technician was arriving, but without instructions on how to prepare for the service, the technician was unable to diagnose or repair the issue. It is not his fault, I just wish a confirmation call, email or text could have given information to turn off the system before his arrival to make better use of both the time of the technician and our time away from work.

Was promised. A repair on March 3 rd didn't show up and no phone call. Rescheduled for March 5th between 8-12 but didn't show up until after 2 pm. Not a good experience and very poor customer service.

Damage to our home
Michael accidentally bumped the water turn on valve to our irrigation system. We did not realize this until 36 hours later and our outdoor irrigation system is flooded, we had elevated water use during this time, and the damage to this system is currently unknown. The actual repairs to the furnace were completed and we have no concerns with the quality of the repair. Would rate him a 4/5 had this not occurred.

Unprofessional
Jerome didn't call me at least he said he did, but however he called my job not me. So, when he came to house, I ask why he didn't call me? He stated he called the number on the paperwork. Moving forward he check everything submitted my paperwork to choice home warranty came back to say that I had to pay $69.99 for something to be clean out however he stated that he was coming back and he left and never came back or called. Therefore, I am still left without my AC being fix.

Sears's A/c technician
Very unprofessional to me, maybe he was not expecting to come to Black woman home. He asked what was going on, I tried to explain, asked me if Freon was put in the unit pointing to the one in the garage, when I tried to reply he made me feel like I had no sense and go on to tell me he new what he was doing. He told me to turn on the unit, when I told him it was on, he responded in a manner that I didn't have sense then he said you have to turn it down so it will come on, why didn't he just ask me to turn it to a lower number, I have been here 13 years and this is the worse I've experienced with a technician. At the end he just told me that he did not see any leak, he was not going to fix something that was not broken and made other comments. Please I don't want him anywhere near my house. I may not be who he was expecting, my color I'm sure played a part in his attitude towards the job. From his hello, I knew that he did not want to be here. Everything he's asked me when I tried to answer, he will say that's not what I'm asking, let me explain . I'm a senior citizen. I need compassion.

My AC is stay the same
AC is still not working. Right now the thermostat says 80' in my kitchen when it is 90' outside.
