Our furnace went out on Jan 2nd of 2026. We are new home owners and are still under a home warranty so we made a claim. The first company they connected us with canceled 3 different times. After speaking to the HWA, they put our claim back out and Sears received it. We were communicated with nearly daily via texts of reminders of the upcoming appointment. On the day of our appointment (01/20/2026) our technician arrived in the time window that was provided. Ronald was extremely kind, professional and took his time with assessing our problem. We were previous quoted a very high rate for just a fix to get the furnace running again. Ronald came in and was able to get the part same day at a cheaper rate, installed the part same day and even made sure the fan was cleaned and working properly (though the previous people said the fan was broken and needed to be replaced). I am very happy to type up this 5 star review in a cozy and warm house. Thank you, Ronald, for all your work and for going the extra mile for the part!
