The HVAC man was nice and professional. I'm just worried that the service isn't a long term fix. He made sure water wasn't in a couple places but it will happen again soon.

The young man's knowledge was limited.to resetting. the AC. Angelo, is not an electrican and that's what is needed. I gave him a 4 because he was honest about his limitations. He was very mannerable.

Technician basically told me all my parts on my current AC were failures and notified my home warranty company however what I received a quote for the technicians company not my home warranty company so I am confused as to why he is providing me a quote from his company and I have yet to hear what my home warranty company u is s saying to me so my air was not fixed and my unit is still out so I guess my monthly payments are not sufficient
