The technician was good. He got the job done. But had to drop one star because both days he was behind schedule according to the scheduling app. Im sure the home warranty slowed things down a bit because i cant imagine a good technician wanting to make a customer wait several days for a part to repair your system. Other than that he did a great job and we are cooling off nicely
