Lazy Tech Request Another
He started calling in the morning to get all his customers to cancel because it was raining and if you don't it will be weeks until next he told me my appointment was last after 5pm when I didn't cancel he said I'll be their in 30mins. Showed up and said his equipment was to sensitive to work in rain 1 rain drop would break it we all work in different weather get a rain suit then asked for payment just for driving to my home then he tried to lie and said he was unable to get to equipment Trust if you see his name ask for another tech had to waste a days pay on this lazy technician

AC unit
The Tech did not properly inspection both inside and outside units and he was not onsite but a few min. The Unit is still not repaired and Sear's did not have a number to talk to a real person instead AI. We will not use Sears again

Non professional
He directed problem of leak, but left without finding it. He left ice on the system without melting it. He didn't turn in the system. As he said didn't measure temperature and sowed me that it's cooling now. I reminded him, but left without checking that the system is cooling. He was the one one who did preventive maintenance too about 3 weeks back.

Compressor replacement
My appointment was canceled twice without any communication other than myself personally tracking on the Sears website after no-shows on both occasions. The technician showed up today not knowing the extent of the job and did not communicate if the job was completed. My AC is still blowing hot air so I assume the job was a failure. Not happy with the process or the work.

3 Days no response
Service fee paid, keeps saying i will be added to schedule. I have been given different times. The times are not accurate. The account call has been closed out without ever being repaired and money has been taken by the company.

Liar
He's a liar. He said he added freon and not one single thing has changed. I have the exact same problem with my a/c unit. He did not set foot in my house.

Terrible. Shut off my gas
I just confirmed he had no right as a service tech to shut my furnace off. Certified technicians worked on it Friday and did not detect co2. I called them after tech left, they verified he had no authority to do that especially in an occupied home. They have serviced Pulse units for 37 years and if they felt there was an issue they would have red tagged it and shut it down. I still have no remedy, for a person to walk in and right from the start say "I already know what's wrong with it", and not tools to pressure test it or do anything was a complete waste of time and now shut the gas off to my furnace in my occupied home. Well that's putting me and my family in danger and based on what? Nothing, no testing or dismantling any part of the unit.

Rude & Argumentative
He was very rude and was argumentative. Stated he had been to my house many times and said he told me that I needed an electrician. I told him he had only been to my house twice and he did not mention anything about me needing an electrician to come out. He told me he could prove the number of times he came out by looking at his phone. After looking it up he said oh it was another property. I also told him if that was the case why didn't he report the electrical issue to Cinch. He argued again and said he did, I asked why didn't Cinch have a record of his findings. You guys have been to my house 4 times and the problem still has not been solved. It's been over a month and still no heat. 😫
