Eric was the technician sent to fix our AC unit that was not working. He was focused and found the problem quickly. He noticed another issue and thank God he was well trained because it was the condenser.He called a parts house drove to get the part, installed it and now we are in a cool house. My wife is recovering from a heart attack so his accurate assessment and concern for her well being made the difference in all this heat. Thank you Sears for having this outstanding person on your staff
