Jerome came at the end of a long day. He explained what was wrong and how to fix it. Jerome can come to my house everything the air conditioner has at problem.

Victor was actually a bit early for our appointment which was really helpful for me. He was very professional and thorough. He didn't find a reason for the noise I had heard but did clean a few parts and I haven't heard the noise since. He seems to be very good at his job.
