He was great. The upgraded tracking system caused a few extra trips though. He shouldn't have had to make an extra trip just to be able to track the part needed from earlier visits.

I cant say enough good thingsabout today's service provided by Benito C. He was very friendly and thorough. His report was good because he didn't find that we needed to replace anything, and that we are covered for sercice on our heating as well as the air conditioning whenever needed. Thank you. .
